Applications specialist
Syngene is looking for an applications specialist with a good understanding (both practical and theoretical) of molecular biology, particularly in the area of 1D and 2D gels. The role will include providing applications support for customers and dealers and the ability to present Syngene products at exhibitions and customer sites. This will include occasional international travel. The ability to present papers and technical reports at meetings and conferences is also required. The role will include the opportunity of working with the R&D group to develop future products.
The position would ideally suit somebody at PhD level who has spent time in the laboratory industry in a research role. Commercial experience would be advantageous.
